IP Addresses and Domains
Triumph-Adler Cloud products use domains that include multiple subdomain levels under each listed top-level domain. When creating allow rules, make sure they cover the top-level domain and all relevant subdomain levels, not only direct subdomains.
Performance impact of TLS interception/inspection proxies and firewalls
In accordance with your security policies, consider excluding Triumph-Adler domains from TLS interception/inspection to maintain optimal performance.
Triumph-Adler products rely on HTTP/2 features, particularly support for concurrent transactions. TLS interception/inspection on proxies and firewalls may downgrade HTTP/2 connections to HTTP/1.1. This downgrade can significantly reduce the performance of modern web applications because transactions are serialized, which may result in longer page load times and reduced responsiveness.
