Check Status

You can view the status of users to determine whether specific users have access to your tenant. This can be helpful when you want to link a new user to a service, or to prevent unintended access by users who no longer belong to your tenant.

You can check the status via the Users section in the administration area.

  1. Go to the Users section of your tenant at https://admin.ta-csp.com.
  2. Locate the user in the user list and review their Status:
    • Active: The user has accepted the invitation and successfully completed the sign-up process.
    • Invited: The user has been invited but has not yet completed the sign-up process.

You can resend the invitation for the sign-up process by clicking Send Invitation in the toolbar.

The invitation is valid for 5 days (432,000 seconds).
