Monitor Document Processes

You can monitor individual transactions from the last 42 days after creation via the “Documents” tab in Document Processing within the Administration. This section displays detailed information about active and completed document transactions as well as the associated status.

The Documents tab can be specifically authorized via the Document Administrator role.

Document IDUnique ID (UUID) of the document in the processing workflow
Configuration NameName of the configuration
NameFile name of the document
Page countNumber of pages of the document
StatusStatus of the transaction in the processing workflow
TypeDocument type (Invoice, eInvoice)
SourceDocument source (TA Documents Agent, Email)
Created atTimestamp when the transaction was created
Updated atTimestamp of the last update to the transaction
Manual ReviewOpen a document for manual review (if necessary)

Actions

ActionDescription
Show ErrorsDisplays errors that occurred while processing an eInvoice transaction.
Show Validation ReportOpens the validation report for the respective eInvoice transaction.
Download DocumentsDownloads the documents associated with the transaction as a ZIP archive.
Cancel TransactionIrrevocably cancels the processing of the transaction.
