Monitor Document Processes
You can monitor individual transactions from the last 42 days after creation via the “Documents” tab in Document Processing within the Administration. This section displays detailed information about active and completed document transactions as well as the associated status.

The Documents tab can be specifically authorized via the Document Administrator role.

| Configuration Name | Name of the configuration |
| Name | File name of the document |
| Page count | Number of pages of the document |
| Status | Status of the transaction in the processing workflow |
| Type | Document type (Invoice, eInvoice) |
| Source | Document source (TA Documents Agent, Email) |
| Created at | Timestamp when the transaction was created |
| Updated at | Timestamp of the last update to the transaction |
| Manual Review | Open a document for manual review (if necessary) |
Actions
| Action | Description |
|---|---|
| Show Errors | Displays errors that occurred while processing an eInvoice transaction. |
| Show Validation Report | Opens the validation report for the respective eInvoice transaction. |
| Download Documents | Downloads the documents associated with the transaction as a ZIP archive. |
| Cancel Transaction | Irrevocably cancels the processing of the transaction. |
